Quality Control

OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM IS BASED ON FOUR STEPS

  •  FACILITY SPECIFICATIONS
  •  PROCESS FLOW CHARTS
  •  INSPECTION
  •  REWARD

SPECIFICATIONS: Every facility we clean is unique and has it’s own personality and expectations.  So each facility has different task assigned.  All of these tasked are given a numeric figure.  So that we can deal in numbers and cleaning becomes measurable.

PROCESS FLOW CHARTS: Because each facility we clean is unique and will sometimes change in the middle of a contract.  By a number of factors, i.e. seasonal traffic, occupancy etc. . . We give each function in the facility flow chart a numeric figure also so that becomes measurable.  This then will tell us if the right process is being used for each task in a given facility.

INSPECTION:  Because everybody involved in each facility from customer service to the cleaning specialist is responsible for quality control, everybody has an assigned number of inspections that must be done on both the specifications and process flow charts for each facility each month and quarter of the year.  Inspections are performed using the VEKTR® system, which allows inspection data to be collected on site using handheld devices and then transmitted to the database where reports can be generated.  The inspections are then turned in, graded, reviewed, corrected and signed off on.  With the appropriate number of points given to each individual from those inspections.

REWARD: Each member is given points for each inspection then bi-annually they are totaled and rewards are given.
