Belanger Brothers Maintenance Inc. is a quality Janitorial Service  offering
complete facility contract cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. During
the past fifty years our company has expanded its base of operation to include
Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. Our main office is centrally located in
Troy, Michigan.

Our vision has always been to nurture quality business relationships with our
customers and employees by demonstrating daily that we are a premier provider of
complete commercial and industrial janitorial services/supplies. We practice
environmental awareness by using Total Quality Management process in
everything we do.

Belanger Maintenance was founded by Alfred R. Belanger and Bernard A.
Belanger in 1956. Since then, the company has matured and grown at a steady pace, along
with the communities it serves. In November of 2007, Timothy M. Belanger and
Michael R. Belanger took over the helm, with their father Alfred remaining on in
an advisory position. They renamed the company Belanger Brothers Maintenance
Inc. to further their commitment to quality.

“It has always been a family affair” -    Our first office was in Bernard’s home and
our warehouse originated in our father’s garage. Al and Bernie wore many hats.
They marketed their company during the day and performed the contracted
services at night. Our support system consisted of our entire family - mother,
father, spouses, sisters, children and now grand children. Currently, the tradition
rolls on with family members at the helm taking an active role to insure total
quality and customer satisfaction.

Since its formation, our company has achieved increasing recognition as an
innovative provider of quality workmanship, and we continue to enjoy long term
retention of clients and employees.
